Responsibilities
- Lead the embedding process in the local FHCS organizations across the globe and implement measures to ensure full understanding and adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Serve as the global key contact for contract management and data protection, providing guidance to FHCS legal entities to ensure compliance with internal regulations and applicable law.
- Track and monitor corrective actions resulting from self-assessments and audits.
- Facilitate regular exchanges and share best practices among the global FHCS contract organizers and Data Protection Partner Community.
- Provide first-level support for Contract Management System and data protection tools for local organizations, collaborating closely with IT.
Qualifications
- University graduate with specialization in business law or data privacy regulation.
- Ideally, experience in contract management or data protection.
- Good knowledge of data protection and contract law.
- Proficiency in standard office applications.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and require minimal supervision.
- Proactive, well-organized, capable of managing volume, prioritizing, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
- Sound commercial judgment, meticulous attention to detail, results-oriented.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to advise and counsel effectively on contract management and data protection matters.
