Sales Executive for Germany

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, email outreach, networking events, social media, and on-site visits.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  3. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining profitability.
  4. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  7. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the ferroalloys industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international sales and understanding of global markets in the ferroalloys industry.
  • Technical background or experience in metallurgy, steelmaking, or related areas.
  • Multilingual capabilities; English and German are mandatory.
