Responsibilities
  • Actively develop the company-wide IT Service Management System based on ITIL.
  • Continuously improve the ITSM process and service quality using KPIs.
  • Support and advise our Business Units within the Enterprise Service Management environment.
  • Ensure optimal support for ITSM processes through the ESM application.
  • Train ITSM process and application users.
  • Collaborate closely with other Process Owners.
  • Work independently and innovatively with high quality standards in a team that values openness.
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with experience in Service Management.
  • Good knowledge of ITSM processes.
  • Ideally, certifications in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of IT applications, systems, and technologies.
  • Fluent in German and English at least at B2 level.
  • Hands-on mentality, confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and high independence.
