Position: Application Engineer

As an application engineer, you will serve as a technical point of contact for F&B and pharma manufacturing customers, developing process solutions and application concepts for process machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovate New Applications: Identify and develop new uses for fluidized bed technology, supporting sales with tailored application strategies.
2. Design Custom Production Concepts: Create solutions tailored to customer needs and product requirements.
3. Develop Product Samples: Produce samples for targeted customer segments.
4. Create Case Studies: Write detailed reports highlighting technology benefits and versatility.
5. Customer Support: Provide expert advice to domestic and international clients.
6. Marketing Collaboration: Assist in developing promotional materials like brochures, presentations, and technical articles.
7. Coordinate Customer Trials: Plan and manage customer trials, including communication and logistics.

Your Profile:

1. Education: Degree in food technology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, life sciences, or related fields.
2. Experience: Several years in food or pharmaceutical technology, e.g., as an application engineer, process engineer, product manager, or technical sales specialist.
3. Languages: Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Mindset: Enjoy understanding customer challenges and collaborating to develop solutions.
5. Personal Qualities: Proactive, team-oriented, solution-focused, communicative, quick learner.
