HR Specialist
Job Description
- Act as a key member of the HR team, enhancing the value of HR practices in alignment with Zoomlion's Global and Regional HR Strategies. Ensure policies and procedures are tracked and applied, and revise the Employee Handbook according to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
- Manage office timesheets, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Provide HR guidance to department managers and employees within your scope. Take an active role in the recruitment process, including job advertisements, creating talent pipelines via Kariyer.net and LinkedIn, conducting phone screenings, creating and reporting shortlists, updating interview logs, arranging interviews with the corporate office, providing feedback to candidates, conducting reference checks, and sending job offers.
- Participate actively in onboarding, offboarding, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and internal communication processes. Support the preparation of the annual HR budget, with a strong understanding of labor costs. Assist in gathering monthly payroll data to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Prepare timely HR-related reports at local, regional, and global levels. Handle legal processes related to disciplinary cases and dismissals in coordination with the company lawyer.
- Leverage creative and innovative ideas to attract and retain top talent in the construction machinery industry. Strengthen Zoomlion's position as an attractive employer. Ensure employee files are properly maintained, up-to-date, and complete.
- Support core HR processes such as recognition & reward, training & development, and performance management through local and global systems. Communicate actively with employees to understand their needs and provide HR consultation to improve team performance, culture, and diversity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering, or social sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of local labor law.
- Advanced fluency in English is required.
- Proficient in payroll preparation.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment (including competency-based interviews), performance management, talent management, and employer branding.
- Enthusiastic about initiating, developing, and implementing new HR practices.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong planning and execution skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and opportunity seeking.
