As the Trade Marketing Exec, you will support the Category Manager to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans across multiple retailers, brands, and countries. This role is a mix of creative and analytical marketing as we continue our unprecedented growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Category Manager & Trade Marketing Team, coordinating and delivering cross-category marketing plans, assortment updates, promotions, and new brand launches.
• Gathering, monitoring, and analysing retail and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams.
• Collaborating with local managers and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory allocation.
• Supporting the development of customer-focused planograms and regularly reviewing assortment plans to ensure regional effectiveness.
• Coordinating updates and reports for key strategy meetings, product launches, retailer exclusives, and brand reporting.

Skills and Experience

• Fluency in English & German is essential; additional languages are beneficial.
• Previous experience in Marketing, Category, or Buying, preferably within Beauty, Retail, Fashion, or FMCG industries, is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication skills, resilience, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
