We seek an experienced (Senior) Controller / (Senior) Finance Specialist to strengthen our team. This role is vital in supporting our growth through business partnering with project teams, enhancing our controlling processes and systems, and taking responsibility across various organizational topics. The position is based in Berlin.

Tasks

• Project Controlling: Collaborate with project teams to implement strategic and operational measures ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
• Reporting: Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• ERP Implementation: Assist in establishing end-to-end processes and a standardized data model across all entities during the ERP rollout in 2025.
• Budgeting: Play a key role in budget realization across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Transform data into actionable insights to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Completed studies focusing on finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in scale-ups, start-ups, consulting, M&A, or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with financial and non-financial data points.
• Hands-on mentality and perseverance.
• Positive mindset.
• ERP implementation experience is a plus.
• Effective English communication skills are required; German is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with an experienced team.
