Position: Digital Workplace Services Engineer (m/w/d) - hybrid

Role Introduction

Members of the Digital Workplace Services team support Telco, PC, software & hardware asset management, and ensure top-tier support services that enable the regional workforce to work from anywhere, anytime, in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise strategies to support critical business objectives
• Ensure compliance, standardization, and lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services
• Support key supplier relationships, implement service improvements, and drive operational excellence
• Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products
• Use ServiceNow according to Otis standards
• Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB
• Collaborate with global resources and tools for architecture support
• Resolve incident and request tickets promptly within workplace services scope
• Work within a diverse, global team environment and collaborate across teams
• Describe technical issues clearly and participate in remediation activities
• Contribute to project planning and management

Minimum Requirements

• ITIL or equivalent certification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Technical background and relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies, including O365, Exchange, and Teams
• Proficiency in English
