Could you be the full time Product Industrialization Manager (f/m/d) in Siegen we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Andreas Guenther and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to:

  • Make sure and monitor industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering, during product specification and design.
  • Design the global macro-process, based on standard SMP.
  • Ensure the availability of tools and workstations on schedule and consistent with EHS requirements, ergonomics and quality.
  • Ensure that industrial documentation is issued in due time with the good quality level.
  • Monitor the process Method Time vs target.
  • Contribute to build continuous improvement action plan along with Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
  • Participates to R&D programs as industrial representative.
  • Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes

  • Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience or understanding of…
  • Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
  • Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
