Your Role
- Development and implementation of a market access and health economic outcome research strategy.
- Review and evaluation of medical and economic evidence using systematic literature reviews and meta-analysis.
- Oversight and responsibility for health economic and outcome research projects (e.g., cost-of-illness or cost-effectiveness analysis, including concept development, data collection, analysis, pharmacoeconomic modeling) in collaboration with external experts.
- Selection of vendors for market access efforts – RFP review, vendor selection criteria, and budget negotiations.
- Preparation, review, and submission of health economic and outcome research publications to peer-reviewed journals in cooperation with key opinion leaders.
- Development of value propositions and messages for products in collaboration with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams.
- Generation of global value dossiers and communication tools for products.
- Support and steer local market access activities, including HTA creation and communication with payers and authorities, adapting global models and tools as per local guidelines.
- Support or coordinate business development projects within interdisciplinary and international teams.
Your Profile
- University degree in health economics, public health/epidemiology, pharmacy, medicine, biology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries managing market access and/or health economics projects, with regional market experience and payor negotiations.
- Strong project management, communication, and scientific presentation skills.
- Experience in medical writing and health economic modeling.
- Understanding of medical-scientific topics and business development processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, international environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
