Jobbeschreibung

Network Engineer Senior

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide full lifecycle support for network infrastructure, including installation, tuning, testing, monitoring, upgrading, patching, break/fix, management, maintenance, and administration of LAN, WAN, MAN, or CAN environments across the enterprise.
  • Support transmission mediums such as VPNs, dedicated circuits, broadband, etc., working with carriers and circuit providers to deliver network services.
  • Adhere to established standards, processes, and policies.
  • Support configuration management in compliance with policies, using systems to track, monitor, and update configurations and assets.
  • Assist in developing and executing integration and user acceptance test plans, and generate test reports.
  • Perform installation actions, including implementing all DoD hardware and software security requirements for production deployment.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
  • BA/BS degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of Network Engineering experience.
  • Shift work and travel may be required.
  • Must meet Germany TESA requirements.

Note: Education and experience may be substituted as follows:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of specialized experience.
  • No degree with 13 years of general experience, including at least 11 years of specialized experience.
Required Certifications:
  • CCNP or higher
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE)
Security Clearance:

Secret

Additional Requirements:

Candidate must be approved by DOCPER to meet German TESA requirements, which may include specific education and experience combinations.

Salary Range:

Approximately $102,000 - $138,000, depending on experience, location, and contractual factors. International positions may include additional allowances or benefits.
