Role Summary:

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, this role focuses on the timely and successful implementation of complex customer and company engagements. The individual will lead strategic sales teams in aligning systemic capabilities with customer and internal needs, overseeing process definition and project planning to meet implementation timelines, and supporting the development of new capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific supply, acquisitions, mergers, change management, and organizational changes.
  • Oversee processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, tracking shipments, and managing customer relations, including CRM activities and RMA processes.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
  • Design and implement new processes for customer services and market research for pricing strategies.
  • Manage personnel, including development, hiring, and training.
  • Oversee customer quotes activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to guidelines.
