Job Responsibilities

• Leading refinement and planning sessions within the team
• Writing Requirements, Epics, and User Stories
• Managing and aligning with stakeholders from other domains
• Handling incoming requirements from sales, regions, and other stakeholders
• Setting and managing the priorities of the team
• Handling mid-sprint changes effectively, ensuring alignment with broader project goals and stakeholder expectations
• Managing and communicating release timelines to meet stakeholder expectations
• Providing clear updates on the team’s progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Highlighting key achievements, challenges, and potential risks for transparency and collaboration
• Collaborating with the QA team to define test scenarios and secure customer sign-off
• Ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness of requirements and feature documentation
• Incorporating user feedback and supporting Product Roadmap planning

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of Agile principles with experience managing sprints, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting backlog as needed
• Good understanding of complex software architecture and cloud solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
• Ability to work effectively across teams, including other Product Owners, development teams, and regional stakeholders
• Quickly analyzing complex requirements from different regions and translating them into actionable features
• Strong leadership skills in setting team direction, handling priority changes, and making impactful decisions
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Positive attitude, passion for the product and team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
