Job Title: Neurosurgery Sales and Marketing Manager Eastern Europe and Middle East. Dusseldorf, Deutschland

Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments. The company is dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

They are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to cover Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. As the business expands, additional countries such as Africa and Central Asia may be included. This is a full-time, home-office-based position, preferably with easy access to a major airport in Europe.

The role involves overall responsibility for marketing and sales plans in the region, primarily focusing on sales revenue, leading regulatory and reimbursement processes, and developing business collaborations with partners in the territory.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in capital medical devices within the region
  • Preferred experience in the neurosurgery market
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Confident negotiation skills, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global company

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define annual business goals for the region, including quarterly and per-country targets
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities for current and future years
  • Manage relationships with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  • Set sales goals with partners and work to achieve them
  • Maintain relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Develop sales strategies for the products UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone
  • Follow up on sales execution plans and close deals
  • Update commercial reporting tools regularly
  • Build effective relationships with business partners to coordinate accounts
  • Achieve revenue goals for services and disposables
  • Work towards increasing the number of treatments in the region
  • Collaborate with marketing to define regional marketing plans and customize sales tools

Reimbursement and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Lead reimbursement process and strategy development
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain support (patients, societies, insurers, administration)
  • Assist VP Regulatory in regulatory planning and implementation
