About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager for Abdi Farma GmbH to lead sales and marketing activities. This role involves overseeing sales force activities, executing marketing strategies, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales management, business development, team leadership, and market analysis within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee sales force activities and develop growth marketing strategies.
  2. Develop targeting strategies to engage relevant customer segments.
  3. Monitor market performance using data-driven insights.
  4. Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  5. Champion CRM adoption to improve customer engagement and sales processes.
  6. Incorporate brand equity strategies into sales and call center operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  8. Evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  9. Launch new pharmaceutical products, including OTC and Biosimilars, with market evaluations.
  10. Perform competitive analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
  11. Partner with marketing and sales teams to enhance market penetration.
  12. Develop cross-selling strategies to optimize product performance.
  13. Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  14. Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  15. Utilize brand equity to build trust in Germany and the Turkish community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in CRM, market analysis, and business development.
  • Proven success in launching and growing pharmaceutical brands in OTC and Generic segments.
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and market access strategies.
  • Transactional mindset to expand customer base in Germany.
