Job Description:

• Work with business units and functions globally to solve business problems and address analytics needs for Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, and Business Intelligence solutions;
• Drive the definition, requirements, design, delivery and adoption of innovative AI, Operations Research, and BI solutions together with business units and IT organization;
• Perform data analysis, create explorative business intelligence dashboards, optimize processes, conduct market research, perform financial and risk analysis, and communicate results to key stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making;
• Contribute to the strategic vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features for development for data analytics projects;
• Follow agile product management practices to ensure timely delivery of product deployments;
• Support the department's mission by building and extending critical AI enablers such as digital strategy, AI awareness, or data leadership.

Requirements

Your profile:

To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:

• Outstanding university degree in a related technical/mathematical/business/finance discipline or equivalent professional experience;
• Experience in professional organizations with an emphasis on data and business analysis, digital product management, business/marketing intelligence, consulting, or a related field;
• Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and insights;
• Driving product ideas from concept and ideation through successful internal or external launch and ongoing management;
• Strong conceptual skills and innovation attitude;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Passion to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies as well as to dive into the business concepts and processes behind the data;
• Experience in data analysis (using Python, R, C++, Excel);
• Knowledge of Operations Research, AI, and machine learning methods preferred;
• Knowledge of the logistics & transportation industry preferred;
• Knowledge of agile working mode preferred;
• Clear and succinct verbal and written communications in English;
• Global mindset and high level of cultural sensitivity.
