Position:

Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
• Salary: €58,000 - €64,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications
• Homeoffice 50%
• Personal support and preparation for interviews by your contact person

Responsibilities:

• Research topics, write and coordinate texts for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, Viva Engage, employee magazine)
• Write and coordinate personnel announcements
• Publish news in the CMS
• Plan and advise on internal communication campaigns for projects
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients or suppliers, provide information on policies and procedures, and escalate complex topics to responsible persons
• Create precise reports by collecting data from various sources and formatting them accordingly

Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism or Marketing
• Experience in writing news, reports, and articles in German and English
• Ability to simplify and clarify complex topics for stakeholders
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Communication skills and outgoing personality
• Organizational skills
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
