Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary

Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for the Labor crew. Provides leadership to create the organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the services. Responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance with contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality. Advises the project team on status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors affecting scope. Maintains short-range look-ahead plans and discusses deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors the cost and man-hour budget for the installation process. Develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.
