Job Description

Your mission

1. Work closely with management, team members, and executives to determine production needs and assist in setting quotas and key production metrics.
2. Determine detailed requirements for production equipment, raw materials, and labor.
3. Create work orders for individual parts, assemblies, and the overall product.
4. Create and maintain material master data for parts and assembly orders.
5. Monitor, maintain, and correct status confirmations for production orders.
6. Participate in the implementation, mapping, and continuous optimization of SAP processes related to production planning and materials management in collaboration with internal and external partners.
7. Generate key figures from SAP for the production areas.
8. Participate in parts tracking and product serialization.
9. Support the ordering of parts to ensure timely and quality-compliant production of the final product.
10. Assist in implementing and maintaining specified operating processes.

Your profile

1. Completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
2. Ideally, a degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on production or logistics.
3. High technical understanding of production processes, preferably in the aerospace industry.
4. Solid knowledge of SAP MRP, especially in creating parts lists and processing orders.
5. Understanding of work instructions, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
6. Effective collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and other departments.
7. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar standards.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Fluent in German and English.
