Tasks

Your Role in a Nutshell
Are you part strategist, part linguist, part relationship-builder—with a knack for turning tech into magic for clients? We’re looking for a Customer Success & Conversational AI Specialist to guide clients through the exciting world of conversational AI. You’ll onboard, engage, and grow client relationships while also applying your skills in conversational design, prompt engineering, and project management.
You won’t just support clients—you’ll elevate them.

What You’ll Be Doing

Onboarding Navigator & Relationship Architect

  • Guide new clients into our AI universe—ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and trust-building from day one
  • Become a strategic partner, not just a point of contact

Conversational Design Champion

  • Translate business needs into effective conversation flows (no coding needed)
  • Build and maintain AI knowledge bases using prompt engineering and smart design practices
  • Ensure dialogues feel human, natural, and valuable

Feedback Loop & Quality Analyst

  • Analyze bot errors and user data, propose improvements, and boost conversational performance
  • Channel client feedback to shape our product roadmap
  • Own and drive AI project execution: timeline, quality, communication—everything
  • Be the client’s voice internally and their trusted expert externally

Growth Scout

  • Collaborate with sales to uncover upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Track key metrics that prove the ROI of our solutions
Requirements
  • Native fluency in German or Swiss-German, and excellent English; ideally also excellent French
  • 3–5 years in a Customer Success, Project Management, or Conversational AI role—SaaS experience a huge plus
  • Confidence in managing both human and digital conversations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills—you love simplifying the complex
  • A collaborative mindset with independence to own your tasks
  • Curiosity for AI, technology, language, and all things innovative
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with prompt engineering or have experience designing flows without code
