Position:

Group Controller with focus on IT systems (f/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Manage global controlling systems: Oversee international reporting platforms (Oracle HFM, SAP BI) ensuring stable processes for actuals, planning, and forecasting.
• Translate reporting needs into system solutions: Understand and implement management, shareholder, and user requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Drive system improvements: Contribute ideas, analyze processes, and advance the technical development of controlling systems.
• Set-up interfaces: Design and maintain data interfaces between source systems like SAP S/4HANA or Workday and reporting tools.
• Optimize data flows: Monitor reporting data flows and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Controlling, Accounting, IT, and global finance teams to implement requirements efficiently.
• Enable self-service reporting: Improve self-service platforms and develop training for international finance users.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in business informatics, business administration with a focus on controlling & accounting, or similar qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in (group) controlling, ideally internationally.
• Technical Skills: IT affinity, strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HFM (Hyperion), or SAP BI is advantageous.
• Working Style: Structured, solution-oriented, reliable, with a good understanding of data flows.
• Soft Skills: Initiative, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
