Job Description
Service Governance (Internal & Outsourced BPO)
  • Lead and coordinate a team of process owners responsible for workforce data management, payroll, knowledge management, Internal Control System & Audits, and service governance standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure best practices in governance, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Oversee process transitions, ensuring smooth handovers and comprehensive training.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for standardized HR service operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and drive accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Outsourced Service Management
  • Monitor outsourcing partners' deliverables to ensure adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Manage service commitments, MSAs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
