Responsibilities

• Collaboration in the planning, organization and implementation of various events, including in the areas of accreditation, data protection, marketing, hotel organization as well as participant and vehicle management
• Assistance in day-to-day operations
• Support with invitation management and the coordination and processing of ticket quotas, taking into account tax and legal aspects
• Taking on research activities and administrative tasks
• Support in the preparation of sales statistics and database maintenance
• Assisting with the management of agencies, external service providers and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of sports business management, event marketing or similar
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong communication and organizational skills
