What you bring
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or another senior marketing role
- Solid knowledge of Brand and Communications on a global scale
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in multiple languages
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges in various global markets covering multiple regions
- Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning. Ensure consistency in brand messaging. Set goals for the global Brand & Communication team. Conduct market research and analyze data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Messaging and Content Creation: Create compelling brand messages. Oversee content development including press releases, website copy, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align internal stakeholders with communication strategies. Develop internal communication programs to inform and engage employees, promoting a consistent internal brand culture.
- Media Relations and Public Relations: Build relationships with media, journalists, influencers. Manage public relations campaigns and handle crisis communication.
- Social Media: Oversee social media presence. Develop digital marketing strategies and monitor engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for communication activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train the Brand & Communications team. Set team goals and foster collaboration.

Remote Compensation Philosophy
Remote aims to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. Salaries are based on role, level, and location, with geo ranges considering geographic pay differentials. The salary range for this position is $145,300-$204,300 USD, depending on various factors.
