Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing campaigns focused on Mobile Apps. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and delivering a positive customer experience.

The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model (50% in-office, 50% remote).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, implementing, and managing app campaigns across various markets.
  2. Enhancing app tracking, measurement, and optimization infrastructure.
  3. Developing strategies for user acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
  4. Managing campaigns on platforms like Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
  5. Collaborating with marketing, engineering, and BI teams to develop tools and reports.
  6. Providing insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams.
  7. Working with the design team on campaign creatives and A/B testing.
  8. Analyzing customer journey data and KPIs with analytics team.
  9. Staying updated with industry best practices through research and testing.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  1. Experience in lifecycle campaign planning and execution, understanding user cohorts and journeys.
  2. Knowledge of app measurement partners like Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or Singular.
  3. Understanding of recent developments in app measurement, ATT, SKAdNetwork, GDPR, etc.
  4. Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Power Editor, programmatic platforms, or app tracking technologies.
  5. Strong analytical skills with experience processing large datasets and deriving insights.
  6. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus.
  7. Fluency in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or German are beneficial.
