Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant - Leading ServiceNow Partner - Germany, Remote - Up to 120,000

I am currently working with a leading ServiceNow partner dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform organizational operations. They have a close-knit team of passionate professionals focused on leveraging ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and enhance customer experiences.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ServiceNow solutions to partners through sales plays and product demonstrations.
  • Manage relationships proactively with executive and key partner stakeholders to promote ServiceNow awareness.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for market-differentiated offerings based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and guide partner solution consultants to develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and senior leadership to understand their go-to-market strategies and incorporate ServiceNow into client pursuits.
  • Demonstrate domain and technical expertise across various industry verticals.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of pre-sales solution consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to articulate business issues and design effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in German, both verbal and written, with executive presence.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, GRC, and CSM.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
