You will play a key role in scaling our team by managing recruiting processes from end to end, optimizing candidate experience, and developing proactive strategies for sourcing and employer branding.
How you'll contribute
- Manage early-stage recruiting operations from job posting to interview coordination
- Conduct preselection of applications and lead first-stage interviews
- Ensure a structured, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Define and track recruiting KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and improve hiring strategies
- Talent Pool Development: Build and manage a systematized talent pool for future recruitment needs and maintain ongoing communication with promising candidates for future opportunities
- Active Sourcing: Proactively identify and approach high-potential candidates via LinkedIn, XING, and other professional networks; develop creative sourcing strategies; craft compelling job advertisements and career page content; support employer brand development across channels, events, and campaigns
Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables
Months 0-3
- Gain a basic understanding of our technology, mission, and team culture
- Integrate into current recruiting structures and assist with interview processes
- Support in the preselection of applications for select roles
- Develop templates for candidate communications and a foundational KPI framework
Months 3-6
- Independently manage early-stage recruiting processes
- Create job advertisements and update career pages
- Initiate active sourcing and candidate outreach
- Begin building a structured, searchable talent pool
Months 6-12
- Fully implement and manage a systematized talent pool
- Develop targeted candidate communication strategies, including content channels and event participation
About you
- Background or initial experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a structured, service-oriented working style
- Comfortable managing tasks independently and taking ownership of recruiting processes
- Confident in using digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, ATS platforms) and quick to learn new systems
- Analytical mindset with an interest in using KPIs to improve processes and candidate engagement
- Creative eye for crafting candidate communication and employer branding content
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment with flat hierarchies and a clear mission
- Fluency in English required; German proficiency is a strong plus
