In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT team throughout the planning, execution, and implementation of various IT projects. You will be responsible for driving key initiatives, ensuring smooth project coordination, and assisting with project administration to help achieve project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Independently initiate, plan, and monitor IT projects while managing administrative and coordination tasks.
2. Support project communication, track and report on project costs, milestones, and progress.
3. Collaborate closely with global and local IT PMO teams.
4. Act as the primary liaison between the IT team and local project groups.
5. Contribute to planning meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of tasks and project progress for transparency and long-term tracking.

Key Requirements :

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Clerk, IT Specialist) or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management or support.
• Strong technical knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, IP networks, virtualization, scripting; experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, structured, and analytical approach.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
