- Future-oriented Grid Solutions: Drive R&D activities within distribution grids to advance new solutions for the energy transition, focusing on future challenges of power system stability.
- Impact Assessment & Strategy: Assess the technical impact of developments (e.g., technological advances, legislative changes) on grids and derive strategic actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as regulatory experts.
- Strategic Representation: Coordinate and represent positions at board and management levels, as well as in national and international associations.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and manage teams to initiate and steer R&D activities in areas like grid operation and renewable integration as part of the Energy Networks community.
- Business-Driven Approach: Focus on business needs, aligning solutions and actions with business counterparts.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in electrical or industrial engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in system resilience and stability of distribution grids with high renewable energy shares.
- Knowledge of energy systems, markets, and interactions between DSOs and TSOs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change-driving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
