1. Future-oriented Grid Solutions: Drive R&D activities within distribution grids to advance new solutions for the energy transition, focusing on future challenges of power system stability.
2. Impact Assessment & Strategy: Assess the technical impact of developments (e.g., technological advances, legislative changes) on grids and derive strategic actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as regulatory experts.
3. Strategic Representation: Coordinate and represent positions at board and management levels, as well as in national and international associations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical or industrial engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in system resilience and stability of distribution grids with high renewable energy shares.
• Knowledge of energy systems, markets, and interactions between DSOs and TSOs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change-driving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
