We are seeking a Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d) in Frankfurt to bolster our European team:

• Support application development projects across various industries to promote our products and expand the market in the EMEA region.
• Identify customer needs, conduct online and offline meetings, and provide technical solutions with necessary documentation, collaborating closely with internal experts.
• Coordinate technical projects with customers and partners.
• Assist in customer-led trials, production processes, and co-development activities.
• Handle complaint management processes.
• Monitor market and technology trends to identify new application ideas and business opportunities, sharing insights to prepare the team for future developments.

Responsibilities:

• Support application development projects to introduce products and grow the market in the EMEA region.
• Identify customer needs, conduct meetings, and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical projects with clients and partners.
• Assist with customer trials and co-development activities.
• Manage complaint handling processes.
• Monitor trends to identify new business opportunities and share insights.

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Structured, responsible, independent, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Korean is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Customer-oriented, team player, solution-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within EMEA; valid Class B driving license.
