Role: Partnership Manager

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our products and services. Responsibilities include building strong relationships within the European Automotive and Mobility space, driving customer success, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Accountabilities:
  1. Be the focal point for all day-to-day operational queries with our affinity partner clients.
  2. Ensure partner performance standards are achieved.
  3. Ensure revenue plans and income results are achieved.
  4. Manage relationships with our corporate partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes in growth and return.
  5. Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to develop commercially viable responses.
  6. Understand key performance data and use this information to support activity aligned with overall plan objectives.
  7. Provide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activities.
  8. Contribute to annual and periodic planning.
  9. Collaborate with platform product teams to harness Wrisk's innovation.
  10. Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • MUST: Motor Insurance and/or Automotive Financial Services experience.
  • MUST: Experience managing corporate partnership and affinity relationships (B2B2x).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or consulting.
  • Skills:
  • Commercial awareness to effectively represent Wrisk's interests.
  • Operational numeracy to interpret data and KPIs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and proactive issue identification.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Creative problem solver.
Location:
  • Munich office and home office.
  • Frequent travel to client offices.
