What You Will Do:

• Work on projects to accelerate the green energy transition nationally and globally, including smart grids, renewable integration, industry decarbonization, and hydrogen value chain development.
• Lead work streams in large-scale projects, providing fact-based recommendations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful deliverables involving private sector, grid operators, and policymakers.
• Build relationships within Guidehouse and with clients, uphold our values, and support our inclusive culture.

What You Will Need:

• Ideally 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields such as with grid operators, utilities, or consultancies.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across levels.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and energy transition, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of renewables, smart grids, and energy market trends.
• Master’s degree in energy/environmental/electrical/mechanical engineering, energy policy, economics, or social sciences.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like German, French, Arabic, or Turkish are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally, especially in the MENA region.
