Job Description:

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee design projects, providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
• Ensure consistency and excellence in design quality across all projects
• Create visually compelling designs for various mediums including digital, print, web, social media, and more
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all design materials adhere to established standards and reflect the company’s visual identity
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders

Your profile of qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, strong leadership skills, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to review and critique design work effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English, German language is a plus
