How you will create an impact:

• You will support Sales Teams by conducting discovery meetings and performing client demos.
• You will create technical solution presentations and technical proposals.
• You will define digital solution scope by translating technical and business requirements into user stories.
• You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
• You will consult business as well as technical stakeholders on how to implement / integrate the software from the client´s end.
• Proof of value projects will be led by you.
• You lead the client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects and ensure that your project delivers in quality, on time, and within budget.
• You will provide product trainings to the client and be the key contact person during hyper-care phase.
• You are a key feedback provider to product management for the general product roadmap.
• You remain a key contact for major clients after implementation.
• Being a key stakeholder for product management, you will provide insights for client demand, product improvements, roadmap, and product strategy.

About you:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and +3 years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
• You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, ERP and CRM systems, software integration).
• Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies is part of your skill set.
• You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
• You understand client needs and communicate appropriately among project stakeholders.
• You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials or other B2B markets are a plus.
• You are fluent in English and German.
