Job Description

During your Master thesis, you will work on extending an existing measurement setup to accurately characterize the dynamic behavior of monolithic bidirectional GaN HEMTs. Your tasks include developing test fixtures for Gate-Charging and Double-Pulse-Tests, comparing measurement results with simulations, and supporting a publicly-funded project and a doctoral thesis.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master studies in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience and Skills: familiarity with circuit design, electronics measurement, proficiency in Python/MATLAB, background in power electronics or semiconductors is a plus
  • Personal Traits: eager to learn, independent problem solver, effective communicator in a team
  • Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus
