During your Master thesis, you will work on extending an existing measurement setup to accurately characterize the dynamic behavior of monolithic bidirectional GaN HEMTs. Your tasks include developing test fixtures for Gate-Charging and Double-Pulse-Tests, comparing measurement results with simulations, and supporting a publicly-funded project and a doctoral thesis.
Start date is flexible according to prior agreement. Duration is 6 months. Applicants must be enrolled at a university. Please attach your CV, transcripts, examination regulations, and if applicable, a valid work and residence permit.
