Responsibilities

• Definition, alignment, and deployment of procurement strategy for your defined category cluster;
• Continuously monitor opportunities and challenge the status quo to maximize procurement value contribution;
• Identify potentials within your area of responsibility in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Quality);
• Develop and implement processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks (e.g., reduction of single sources, business continuity planning);
• Drive process development concerning standardization, efficiency, automation, and digitalization;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, Beiersdorf Procurement procedures, and non-procurement procedures within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or a related field;
• Several years of relevant industry experience;
• Proven track record in procurement, preferably in direct material procurement;
• Team player with experience working in cross-functional and international teams;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Disruptive thinker, eager to challenge the status quo with an entrepreneurial spirit;
• Analytical skills and target-oriented working methods;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
