IFF’s Pharma Solutions division is seeking a team member to help us be the premier partner to our customers, build our future, and become one IFF. The Pharma Solutions business is entering a new chapter of growth, focusing on expanding industry leadership through innovation. The sale of Pharma Solutions to Roquette is expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending approvals. The business unit will remain part of IFF until the transition to Roquette.

Are you a communications expert who thrives in a creative, innovative environment? Consider joining our Pharma Solutions team as Global Communications Lead. You will be based either near our Bomlitz site in Germany or our Cork site in Ireland, in a hybrid or remote working model.

You will be a vital member of the Communications team, supporting marketing, product managers, sales, and division by developing externally-facing materials and campaigns to promote our solutions. Your role involves internal and external communications to enhance brand awareness, requiring a broad skillset in marketing, business communications, and public relations. You will also generate content and pitch story ideas to elevate our profile.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with stakeholders and develop compelling messages.
• Handle marketing communications for products and solutions.
• Assist with trade show preparations for Europe events.
• Develop marketing collateral such as product sheets, articles, white papers, video storyboards, website content, and advertisements.
• Write creative briefs and create content for social media, press releases, and intranet.
• Coordinate newsletters and support internal and external engagement campaigns.

Job Requirements:

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or English.
• Several years of experience (ideally at least 7 years).
• Software proficiency with newsletter, website, and intranet platforms.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

Your Preferred Experience:

• Seven years of business experience.
• Tradeshow strategy and execution.
• Public Relations experience.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• Project Management skills.
• Business-to-business experience is a plus.
