Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Supervise production to ensure effective and high-quality manufacturing
2. Create and adapt test protocols and work instructions for technical changes
3. Support quality assurance in complaint analysis
4. Assist with the introduction of new products into series production
5. Maintain product parts lists for systems and spare parts
6. Coordinate product changes with customers and suppliers
7. Manage product changes throughout the product lifecycle
8. Update and adapt product documentation
9. Handle complaints about series products
10. Support sales with technical questions
11. Prepare documents for declarations of conformity
12. Prepare quotations for services and spare parts

Required Expertise

• Completed technical degree or training as a state-certified technician, preferably in mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• Experience in special machine construction, especially in ventilation and air conditioning technology, and in series production
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer and supplier interactions
• Experience in international projects
• Good knowledge of quality assurance
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
