The role :

As the Country Manager for our operations in Germany, you will be the primary driver of business growth and strategic market penetration. You will lead our local Germany Cosmic Team, executing our company’s vision and strategies to elevate our presence in the German market. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our operational strategies to achieve sustainable growth in alignment with our global objectives.

  • Market Strategy Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies that reflect local consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate the local team to maximize performance, engagement, and personal growth.
  • Financial Performance : Ensure financial targets are met by overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Business Growth : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market reach and enhance revenue streams.
  • Stakeholder Management : Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to reinforce business relations.
  • Compliance Assurance : Guarantee adherence to local laws and regulations, minimizing risks and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis : Regularly assess business performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.

Skills Required :

  • Experience : Proven track record with at least 8 years in management roles and / or at least 5 years in Sales, preferably in a Country Manager or regional Sales leadership position within the AdTech Digital industry
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams.
  • Strategic Planning : Expertise in strategic planning with the ability to forecast and manage financials effectively.
  • Market Insight : Deep understanding of the German business landscape and consumer trends.
  • Problem-solving : Proficient analytical skills to identify solutions that drive business success.
