We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our offline and localised brand initiatives in France / Germany. Your primary focus will be to drive new user growth and increase brand awareness through innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that connect with audiences in real-world environments.

This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural settings. You will collaborate closely with our Platform Operations Team, who manage the retail calendar, and our Performance Marketing Team, who oversee online user acquisition. You’ll be instrumental in bridging brand-building and user growth with a localised, offline-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the offline marketing strategy with a focus on new user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Plan, organize, and execute offline events and sampling activations, from ideation through to on-ground execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ability to lead localized ATL campaigns like OOH, radio, and regional print.
  • Manage direct mail and flyering campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to local audiences and tracked for performance.
  • Activate local partnerships and sponsorships, from community groups to large-scale events, ensuring alignment with brand values and user growth objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including merchandising, operations, performance marketing, and creative.
  • Develop clear marketing plans aligned to key retail moments and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate on budget planning and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Monitor key KPIs including reach, engagement, and new user acquisition using dashboards and reports.
  • Present results and insights to senior stakeholders, making recommendations for ongoing campaign development.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering growth through offline campaigns.
  • Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a significant plus.
  • Proven expertise in managing offline events, sampling, direct mail, flyering, and local
  • ATL advertising.
  • Strong understanding of local partnerships and the ability to identify, negotiate, and activate sponsorships.
  • Hands-on experience using dashboards and marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing and aligning with multiple teams and leadership levels
  • Experience working with merchandising or platform teams is helpful.
  • Comfortable working in flexible, high-paced environments across multiple cultures and markets.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
