Your future contribution :

Utilize your business development expertise to deliver first-class support for our customers around the world. As our product grows, we aim to create a user experience that surpasses the tourism industry standard. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, you will be the human connection to our product, providing effective solutions that satisfy our clients globally. As part of our Sales & Service team, you will interact with prospects and existing customers to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. Your goal is to convert users in Free Trial (inbound leads) to engaged customers and assist existing (paying) users in leveraging the product to maximize value and profit.

Ultimately, it’s about people. With your help and passion for outstanding service, we will build a state-of-the-art sales and service department at Smoobu!

How you’ll add value :
  • Assessing and understanding the needs of prospects and customers
  • Providing outstanding service and educating customers on the optimal use of Smoobu across multiple platforms via phone and email
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Contributing to our knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles for future use
You’ll be successful in this role if you :
  • Have high proficiency in English and German; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Have experience in a customer-facing role and enjoy interacting with people
  • Are a natural people-person with outstanding communication skills
  • Possess flexibility, honesty, and attention to detail
  • Have the skills and desire to master consultative selling

Please note that this role offers a hybrid working model requiring presence in the office 50% of the time.
