As a Supply Engineer at traceless, you will plan the necessary supply of plant components and the entire heating, ventilation, and exhaust air technology for new locations, laying the foundation for a revolution in compostable materials. Your Impact :

1. Development of new production facilities: designing sustainable energy supply systems, overseeing assembly and installation, sanitation, and temperature control circuits for process plants—covering all aspects of supply engineering.
2. Bringing worlds together: dealing with HVAC issues in buildings and supply engineering for plants through a holistic approach.
3. Planning: visualizing ideas using sketches or flow charts.
4. Coordination: defining scope of services with global service providers, ensuring smooth delivery, and building strong partnerships worldwide.

Your profile

• Educational Background: Degree in energy and environmental engineering, process engineering, green technology, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise :

Technology Expert : In-depth knowledge of renewable energies for efficient and sustainable production, with an interest in developing holistic supply engineering solutions.

• Sustainability Assessment: Ability to assess activity impacts to maximize efficiency and promote sustainability.
• Know-How: Familiarity with market technologies and motivation to prepare funding applications.
• Self-initiated Driver: Responsible, proactive, and capable of delivering solutions within budget, on time, and with quality.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Problem Solving & Responsibility: Creative, solution-oriented, and able to lead projects and elaborate joint solutions.

Founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founders, Anne and Johanna, we are a diverse team from various disciplines, ages, and nationalities united by our mission to solve plastic pollution and build a regenerative industry. We aim to bring our materials to market quickly and build our first large-scale production facility in Hamburg-Harburg.
