Account Management Director DE

As we are entering the next chapter, customer satisfaction has been made the #1 priority and the cornerstone of the product & marketing led growth vision. To make it happen we will join forces to deliver excellent and consistent account management service to customers. The reactive support teams will handle immediate customer needs. The main missions for this role include:

  • Create & implement a proactive, personalized, and consistent customer journey to generate value for HCPs.
What you’ll do
  • Proactively contact customers via calls/workshops to increase satisfaction and identify new ways to enhance service, managing the customer lifecycle effectively and minimizing churn.
  • Lead teams to optimize farming and upselling strategies, overseeing the customer journey from onboarding to value perception.
  • Build a team of recognized experts focusing on high-value actions.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and increase awareness of user pain points.
  • Continuously transform workflows, processes, and rituals with a sense of urgency.
  • Embodies and promotes Doctolib's playbook & values.
