Chief Executive Officer / CEO

1. Completed degree in medicine or natural sciences
2. Optional: PhD, optional MBA
3. Several years of experience working with medical devices or IVDs
4. Experience in a certified environment (ISO 13485 or equivalent)
5. Experience in building distribution networks, ideally related to medical devices / IVDs
6. Ideally, experience with medical device reimbursement
7. Proven leadership in interdisciplinary teams
8. Experience managing sales organizations and/or business development is preferred
9. Hands-on mentality / experience in small organizational units
10. Experience in product development, product marketing, or strategy
11. Several years of P&L responsibility
12. Network in the field of oncology, either in therapy or diagnostics
13. International experience and/or experience working with partner companies or within a corporate group
14. Business-fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
