In Summer 2025, Campus Founders will open its new building called GRAVITY, featuring co-working and co-creation areas, a media studio, community, and event spaces.

As a Customer Service Manager at Campus Founders Ventures, you will coordinate services and activities for members, creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that fosters interaction and collaboration.

Your Fields of Action at a Glance

• Developing offers and executing them as part of a scalable residency program.
• Serving as the main point of contact for residents and acting as their host to create an optimal working environment.
• Tracking and evaluating how residents utilize our services and participating in activities you invite.
• Becoming an expert on residents' individual needs, providing tailored advice, and developing customized service offerings.
• Focusing on users and residents to maintain existing partnerships and develop new residents into long-term partners.
• Guiding residents through onboarding and offboarding, both digitally and personally within our space.
• Assisting in defining workflows and UX/UI requirements for our digital applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintaining and updating user accounts in our CRM and management systems, including managing deal flow, contracts, and invoices.

You're a Good Fit if You Bring the Following

• Completed training or a degree in hospitality, business administration, or relevant experience in membership management, partnership, or partner success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members and handle concerns professionally.
• An innovative and proactive approach, developing and implementing ideas to enhance member engagement.
• Experience with data management systems and operational processes; knowledge of HubSpot and OfficeRnD is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
