The Michelberger Hotel is a place where people come together to have a good time. In our restaurant and café / bar, we serve the best local products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters, and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in Spreewald / Brandenburg.

As a Barkeeper, your responsibilities include:

1. Hosting guests in the evening
2. Preparing cocktails and drinks
3. Supporting the service team
4. Assisting with the conception and implementation of the beverage offer
5. Collaborating closely with other F&B departments
6. Participating in team meetings and maintaining clear communication

Your profile:

• Enjoyment in teamwork and hosting
• Professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a managerial role
• Strong technical expertise in bartending
