Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the Dutch market.
  2. Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  3. Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with our field service partners.
  4. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with our customers.
  5. Ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
  6. Contribute to improving our service quality and operational excellence.
  7. Support the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  1. University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional qualification.
  2. Experience in the eMobility industry or customer service sector.
  3. Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within a team.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  6. A proactive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
