Group Domain Lead (m/f/d) for Protective Security Management and Emergency Response Management

Who will you be joining?

Our central team in Munich focuses on operational resilience amid growing threats. We seek a Protective Security Management (PSM) and Emergency Response Management (ERM) Expert to coordinate and implement our Protection & Resilience Framework, preparing Allianz to manage global security challenges.

How can you make an impact?

• Coordinate activities and standards across Allianz Group in PSM and ERM
• Develop and maintain frameworks, standards, and procedures
• Act as a center of excellence and contact point for Allianz-OEs
• Coordinate global expert community and share best practices
• Create awareness, training, and communication initiatives
• Develop physical penetration test concepts
• Ensure compliance and effectiveness through monitoring and reviews
• Participate in rolling out crisis management tools and threat assessments
• Maintain external networks for information gathering

Manage Allianz Group Travel Security Program:

• Coordinate between stakeholders on travel security issues
• Provide security advice and briefings
• Assess cross-border work requests from high-risk areas
• Manage travel security providers and escalate issues
• Gather threat intelligence from multiple sources
• Enhance the Travel Security Program in cooperation with providers

Cross-functional impact includes establishing a Joint Security Operations Center and participating in incident response teams.

What are you made of?

• Minimum 10+ years in security, law enforcement, or military roles
• Degree in security management or similar
• Experience in protective security and emergency response
• Expertise in event security, executive protection, and physical security
• Experience managing physical threats and fraud cases
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Experience in training delivery
• Ability to work independently, even under pressure
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in business functions and AI applications is advantageous
