The “Superconducting Magnets & Testing” (SCM) department is looking for a candidate to join its “Superconducting Magnet Technology” (SCM-SMT) group:

This role involves supervision of superconducting magnet production and testing. The superconducting magnet will be produced by industrial partners, with acceptance testing conducted under FAIR's responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The supervision of superconducting magnets and testing requires an experienced engineer or scientist familiar with this field and international environments. Responsibilities include overseeing production, coordinating, and managing testing activities at FAIR.
