Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others? Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional (m / f / d).

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Attend and lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team building activities, in line with department objectives.
5. Support the HR department by advising on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data on employee progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing mental health challenges.
• Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening and empathy.
• Experience with conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to help others, flexibility for shift work, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
